Arbitration Court.

Per United Press Association. DUNEDIN, Jan. 23; The seamen’s dispute has how been before the Court for four days, two of which were occupied by Mr W. Belcher in opening the case for the Union. Mr C. Holdsworth, general manager of the Union Co., was called to-day by Mr Belcher and examined. He produced the company’s balance-sheets for the past five years as well as a report showing the number of passengers and the amount of cargo carried by the company's steamers during the same period. These documents were handed to the Court for its inspection and were not made public. The hearing of evidence will bo resumed to-morrow.
