Mcllvcnev holding that the Magistrate was right in admitting the evidence he did as to the liquor found on applicant s premises, and also as to what liquor had been supplied to appelxr nt ™ > hei ’ h ° U ’" s dUllinff the tim ° Mrs Philp was there. (The appellant was lined £5O by the Magistrate.)
