TV[ OTICEis hereby given that copies of the Elect oral _L 1 Rolls and Defaulters’ Lists for the several Rid ings of Southland County, as made up to 31« t March are open for inspection at the Southland County Council Oflice, Invercargill, until the 15th May, 1905, arid that a copy of the Roll and Defaulters’ List of each Riding is also deposited for public inspection at the following places, namely : — Waihopai Riding—-Mr Taylor’s store, Woodlands Awarua Riding-School house, Makarewa Wallacetown Riding—Schoolhouse, Wallacetown Winton Riding—M. O’Brien’s house, Winton ’ Oreti Riding— Police Station, Lumsden Hokonui Riding—Mrs Ann Williams’ house, Jacobstown, Gore Waikaia Riding Police Station, Waiakaia Mat aura Riding— Edward Hollier’s house, Waikaka Siding Toi Toi Riding—Police Station, Wyndham ANY PERSON who considers himself aggrieved by his own name or that of any other person being entered on or OMITTED from the Roll of the Riding, or by the NUMBER OF VOTES allotted him or to any other person therein being more or fewer than that to which he or su'h person is entitled under “ The Counties Act, 1886”; and any holder of a Miner’s Right, and any person who considers himself aggrieved by the name of the holder of a Miner’s Right being inserted on the Roll of Count) Electors for any Riding of the County .wherein such holder doesnot actually reside, may, on or before the last day of Maj r APPLY FOR RELIEF to the Stipendiary Megistrate’s Court which is nearest to the place where the Roll of the Riding is kept.
