The railway strike at Warsaw has stopped all traffic to and from the city.

Grand Duke Vladimir is suffering from a chill and remains here. The other Grand Dukes decided to proceed to Moscow to attend Sergius’s funeral. Order has been restored at Baku after much bloodshed.
