The shareholders were asked to decide whether one of the tiredges should be retained to test the old claim further, or iwhether it was better to go into liquidation without-; possibly, flittering away the £1500 reserve. A r/iotion was carried that the directors take the necessary steps to have the company wound up as speedily as possible. The company's capital was £7000, and thW shareholders have received about £2 15s a,s dividcuds for each £1 share. .
