By Electric Telegraph— Copyright. Per United Press Association. SYDNEY, Nov; 25. At the half-yearly meeting of the Bank of N.S. Wales the net profits were reported to bo £120,435. A dividend ot 10 per cent, was declared, and .U20.000 added to the reserve, which now amounts to £1,370,000.. The President referred to the increased prices of products aud the improved outlook for pastoralists and agriculturists throughtout Lho Commonwealth, The present prospects were that there would be a moderately good harvest ; business, otherwise, however, did not show much sign ot improvement. Dull trade was generally complained of and business was very quiet. The report was adopted. Sir Norman MacLaurir was re-elected, and Mr H. M. Faithful was elected a director in place of Mi Mackellar, resigned.
