At the Arbitration Court Francis Bethell, saddler, Hastings, and John McVay. saddler, Napier, were fined £>'2. costs £2 2s, for amploying youths not indentured. For employing more apprentices than stipulated in the award, McVay was fined £5, costs JC2 2g.
