Steers £7 to 17s fid, heifers £5 15s, to £7 17s Gd, cows £5 158 to £8 lss. Beef ,19s to 2Ss 6d per 1001 b. Fat sheep.— A fairly largo entry, with a fair proportion of prime wethers and some good quality ewes, which met with brisk demand at last week's rates. Wethers 17s to 21s 9d, best ewes 16s to j?7s OU, others lls 3d to 15s 6d. Store sheep— 6s93 yarded. The sale was a dragging ( one, but the bulk of the entry changed hands at a slight reduction on . last rates. Lambs brought from 12s to 8s 4d, wethers 17s to 13s x'ld, ewes 15s 6d to 14s lid. Pigs were in fair demand. Baconers 42s to 93s 6d, equal to 4£d per tb, porkers 32s to 39s— 5d to sjd perjb, stores 28s to 30s for largo, medium 22s to 265, weanera 9s to 13s.
