A gravel car, while running down an incline at Indianopolis into a siding telescoped the car of a passing train, containing the Purdue University football team, which, with many other -students, ,\vas 'travelling to contest the Sta^e championship with Indiana University. Fifteen were killed and 50 injured, many being horribly mutilated. CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 1. Five thousand attended Sagouini, the Armenian agent's, funeral. His friends are determined to avenge his death, even if it is necessary to do so with their own hands.
