It is rumoured that Lord Stanley will succeed Mr Austen Chamberlain as Postmaster-General. Mr Aclattd Hood, speaking at Sheffield, said he believed general elections would not occur fed' two years. The Standard is puzzled over the Ministerial episode, which, it declares, is unparalleled in our political history. It adds : "The whole story has not been told, wid the solution will be awaited with the liveliest expectation, inasmuch as when the Cabinet separated on the 14th, Mr Ritchie and Lord G. Hamilton still Widved H oontinuetl to include' Mi- Chamberlain. , Lord Milner has received the long s command to visit Balmoral- It is expected that the Cabinet will be announced on Monday. The King returns to London, and will be present c« the transference of the seals of office. .
