Received 15, 10.34 p.m. : In the House of Commons Mr Caidwell, member of Mid Lanark, f complained of the slowness of the Australian mail steamers- Mr Austen Chamberlain said notice had been driven to terminate the present contact; and he hoped to obtain a service of greater speed at a lower price- Ho intended to refer the mat- I ter to the Intep-departmental Committee^ Mr HeiuuKer Heaton said "the I* and O.
