AUCKLAND, May 13The trial of William Richardson on v charge of publishing two defamatory libels of William John Baker was continued to-day, but very slow progress was .made. The accused sought to obtain evidence on matters which Judge Conolly said were quite irrelevant, and many questions were disallowed. The court was crowded with spectators.
