The Criminal sessions opened ' this morning, before the Chief Justice. In his charge to the Grand Jury, his Honour remarked on the large number of burglary and robbery and assault cases reported in the daily press, but did not think this should be taken to reflect 01 the police. Thonius MacCluiro was fount! guilty of theft, anil sentence deferred. Stanley Kdwards pleaded guilty to theft and was reuiunded for sentence.
