The cheese market is very firm : Canadian, 69s to 70s ; N.Z., 68s. . '
Sugar— First marks, 9s 8d ; "German 8s 4d ; common sixties y 23^ ; supers 24 J- ; other classes unchanged. At the Bradford wool r sales merinos are extremely firm ; crossbreds ■unchanged. Continental buyers are taking practically all the merino. The. clips sold 'included Toatao 7|d ; Perricoota 10} d ; Guenee Is 02 d ; UmuJbee Is lid.
