The ports of the United Kingdom have been re-opened to stock from Argenfina and Uruguay. Lord Methuen has declined the offer of the governorship of Malta. Britain having declined Liberia's offer of a coaling station, the offer has been made to the United States. Messrs W. Redmond and John Roche, Irish M'sP. who received sentences in connection with unlawful assemblies, have been released.
