DRUNKENNESS

ALLEGED ASSAULT AND ROBBERY

Frederick Rodgers and William Little * were charged Qn remand with having assaulted Maurice Gorman and robbed him of £11 in a. railway carriage on the morning : ; train between Thornbury and Invercargili on the 21st inst. — Inspector Mitchell prosecuted, and Mr .1. Mucalister appeared for the defence.
