Dinizulu refuses to surrender to the Natal Government a quantity of captured Boer arms and ammunition. General Bo’haand !’c la Rey have railed for South Africa. Botha, interviewed prior to his departure, expre’sed himself grateful for courtesies extended to him, and said he was going back to take things quietly. Mr Fischer will be the Boer representative in Europe.
