Huge Frauds.
• [Unhid Press Association.— By Electric Tslxgbaph.-Oopyrioht.] London, Dec. 12. Hutt Bros, and de Cooman, organisers of the Cooman Bank of Brussels and Paris, have been arrested in connection with their frauds. Their liabilities are two millions sterling in France and one million in Belgium. Robert Harding Milward, a loading solicitor of Birmingham and London, has been sentenced to six years’ penal servitude for approptiating £50,000 of trust.moneys.
