Dunkdin, Dec 9.
The Gleniti dredge and claim, and tho Nil Desperanduin dredge were sold by auction to-day in one lot for £515 to Mr J- G. McGeorge.

DTjnkihv, Dec. 9. The only sale on Dunedin Stock Exchange to-day was of Bendigo shares at 2s 6'l. At a meeting of tiie shareholders in the Imperial G.D. Co., it was decided to accept the offer of the vendors to accept £145 and go inta voluntary liquidation.
