Mr J. Macalister appeared for the plaintiffs and Mr J. L. Watson consented on behalf of the defondants.
In re the estate of John Milne, late of Morton Mains, fanner, the amount of maintenance for wife and child was raised from 15s a week to the full amount of the income from the estate— £73 per year Mr T. M. Macdonald appeared in support of the application, Mr Stout for the trustees, and Mr J. Macalister for the beneficiaries.
This concluded the business before the court, which then rose.
