The consolation rinks proved very enjoyable, and kept the players hard at work throughout the day. The first was won by Taylor, Torrance. Rennie, and Yates (skip) ; the second by Thompson, McPherson, Smith and Erskine (skip) ; and the third consolation rested between two Gore teams. During the afternoon the ladies dispensed tea, which was much appreciated oy the i bowlers, who kept the fair visitors hard at work supplying their needs. (Per United P^ess Association.) Oam aru, March 31. The bowling tournment was completed to-day. In the rink tournament Sinclair (Dunedin) beat Meek (Oamarn) and won. In the doubles Down and Rowley (Timani). Howe and Martin and Sinclair and Uillios have yet to play. In the Consolation rink game Capstick beat Sheddon and won.
