PUBLIO NOTICE is hereby given thAt the following resolution wm passed at » Special meeting of the Council oUhe Boroagh of Invero&rgiil, duly called and held at the Counoil Chambers, Kelvin street, held on Thursday, the 6th day of February, 1902, at 7 16 In the evening, that ia to eay :— RESOLUTION. The Counoil ot the Borough of Invercargill doth by this special order make the following Bylaws under " The Munioipal Corpora' lons Act, 1900." I- SANITARY. 1. No parson shall expectorate upon the footway of any street or upon any footorossing of any street in the Borough of InvercargilL 2. In the interpretation of this Bylaw the words "street" and "footway" ehall have the meanings given to them in sections 209 and 210 of "The Munioipal Corporations Act, 1900." 3. Every person committing a breach of this Bylaw ehall for eaob offence be liable to a penalty not exoaeding £5 11— BILLIARD ROOMS A^D EAGATELLE ROOMB 1.
