Those concerned are elsewhere reminded that the share list of the Golden Lion Company closes to-day. The manager of the Mataura Consolidated Cr. D. Co. wired to his Invercargill agent yesterday that " the return in opening out again for 150 hours, was soz Bdwt. This was unexpected, as the dredge was only throwing up banks of tailings to turn fche river and save damaging the farmers' properties, and was to start work on Monday last on new ground at the foot of the claim.',
