[By Telegraph. 3 CmusTCHtfßCtt, Dec. 17The PremitT lias received the following cable t/hrouf;li the Governor: — "Orioat, which kft Capetown on December 13, lias on -board foi New Zealand Captain Smith, Lieut. Chaytor, Lieut. Johnston, 67 men of the Mounted RiMes, Lieut. Rutherford and 23 Rough Riders ; also Nursing Sister Peters and eight, men of various colonial corps. These will be either transhipped or sent on by Orient at option of Austral au Governments. " The Government has received an order from the Imperial authorities for another 200U tons of oats for South Africa.
