Hales, the W.A. pressman acting as f u correspondent for the Daily News, advocates the establishment of great Imperial horse breeding farms in New Zealand, Australia and Canada. He believes the colonial governments would supply the land required, and England and Ireland could furnish the brood stock. He* predicts that within two years Britain would be able to mount all her white soldiers.
