Buyers were numerous, and the catalogue embraced a good choice of clips. Half the offerings sold at prices 20 per cent below June sales. Tallow sales— l6so casks offered and 1300 sold. Mutton, fine, 28s 6d per cwt ; medium, 26s 9d ; beef, fine, 28s ; medium, 26s 6d. •
