RUSSIANS V. BOXERS.
PROTEST FROM BRITAIN. [United Press Association — By Electric Telegraph— Copyright. ] Hong Kong, Nov. 14. A small Russian company, after rescuing a number of French missionaries under Bishop Abelson, was surrounded north of Shanhaikwan by 6000 Boxers. General Zerpitzki, with two columns, rescued his beleaguered countrymen, who had two killed and 60 wounded. The Russians have ordered foreign officials to vacate iTOTises-occnpicrt-by-thcm ac Tongku in connection with the railway. The British have sent a body of infantry and cavalry to protest officially. London, Nov. 14. The Times' Pekin correspondent states that China will willingly concede everything demanded by Ministers except the execution of Princes and officials, which is impossible when the Imperial Court is in their hands.
