«. . [By Telegraph.] Wellington, Oct. 27. The case Kebbell v. Olliver has commenced. This is a special case, removed from the Supreme Court. Plaintiff sold a Bank of New Zealand share to defendant after the Banking Act, 1894, was passed. The bank refused to register the transfer. Plaintiff' has paid the calls and now sues for repayment and an indemnity against future liability.
