I.C.C XIII v. STAR XI. This match was continued on the Invercargill ground yesterday, and resulted in a decisive win for the I.C.C by an innings and 24 [runs. On the previous Wednesday the Star’s first innings realised 52 and the I.C.C 78 for 8 wiokets. The I.C.C continuing their innings, were not disposed of till they had put together 121 runs. The Star thus required 69 runs to save an innings defeat, but the batsmen were all at sea to the bowling of Robertson and Burke, the last wicket falling with the score at 45.
