And it is further notified that the 28th day of February, 1897, is the day on or before which each School Committee shall send in to the Secretary of the Board the names of not more than three of the said persons so nominated; and it is hereby further notified that Friday, the sth day of March, 1897, has been appointed by the Board as the day on which the election of three of the said candidates to fill the aforesaid vacancies will be held.
