A Bilious Attack.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—The disingenuous report of my lecture in your Thursday’s issue amused me, and I have pasted it in my scrap book for future reference. I have delivered similar lectures in many parts of the colony, and I am glad to be able to say that in every case the press have shown me the greatest courtesy, and their criticism has been in a very different strain from that of your bilious reporter. The audience did not seem to agree with his view of the lecture, and your contemporary has not discovered any of the terrible things of which he speaks. lam sorry for him, but I know what is the matter and can effect a cure—Neil’s Liver Tonic is a sovereign remedy for bile.—l am, &c., Matthew Impey. sth August.
