Wellington, July 13. The Attorney-General has decided to grant the application of Mr Hanlon, solicitor for Minnie Dean, tor an appeal with respect to the admission of certain evidence at her trial for the murder of Dorothy E'iith Carter, and suggests that an immediate sitting of the Appeal Court be held to decide the question.
