The debtor was examined at considerable length as to his transactions since he sold his farm at Glenkennich in June last and entered into the business of hotelkeeping in Gore. It was eventually resolved that the lessor of the hotel be approached by the Assignee, and in the event of suitable arrangements being made, that tenders be called for the purchase of the whole estate, excepting the book debts, in one lot.
