MELBOURNF, Sept. 14. Received Kith, 12.50 a.m. The Marine Board, inquiring into the s.s. Manapouri's touching the ground near Cape Schank, found Captain Logan guilty of neglect, but, taking into consideration his long service, together with the fact that he has resigned his position in the service of the U.S.S. Company, the Board decided to only suspend his certiticate for a month. Captain Logan completely broke clown on heai ing the decision.
