Received 27th, 8.15 p.m. The four miners who were rescued this week after 19 days' entombment in a Pennsylvaniau mine were found in a small hole, rive feet long, three feet high, and the same width. They had managed to sustain life on scraps of bread, bark, anil paper. RIO JANEIRO, Feu. 26. Reoeived 27th, 8.15 p.m. General Fonseca has been elected President of the Braziliau RepuMic under the new constitution.
