The Dispatch arrived from Pegasus and HalfMoon Bay yesterday after a very rough pas j sage, Tha brigantina Circe, which left Bluff over a week ago, bound for Melbourne, was passed off Break«e» by the Dispatch The brigantine Enterprise is loading grain on account of Mr J. Qt. Ward, The Manapouri left Melbourne at 3.16 p m. on the 21st inst, and cleared the Heads at 7.65 p cs earns day, Bad light variable winds and fine weather "acroßs the Straits, and arrived at Hobart at 10 a.m on the 28rd. Left at 7.30 p m same day, and had fresh northerly winds and fine weather till the morning of the 26th. The wind theu ahif :ed to W. and S.W. with showery weather. At 2p m a southerly gale sprang np, and continued blowing very strong with heavy rain squalls till next morning. From then till arrival moderate W. and N.W. wind and fine weather. A Bteamer (probably lhe Monowai) bound west, was passed at 9 p.m oa Sundav. Th« 8.M.8. lonic left Capetown for Wellington on Saturday.
