Leather is selling at 8d to B£d. NEW YORK Dec 3 A terrible disaster haß occurred at Minneapolis. A newspaper office was burnt down. Before those in the building couid all be alarmed the firo bad such a hold of its lower portions that many of the work men were unable to escape. Some jumped from the windowß and wore killed that way, one ehot himself, and twenty perished in the flames. PARIS, Dec. 3.
