TO THE EDITOR. -■ SrR, — I would like to call the attention of those who have the control of the publica* tion of the results of the annual examination for scholarships that it is a reflection' on teachers and scholars - and also painful to the friends of the competitors to announce the result of the whole of the examinations. It is sufficient to name those who win, the scholarships and those who gain sufficient marks to enable them to attend the High Schools on the terms offered.— lam, &c., ' ■, '■■ ; - : . Parent.
