Received 2nd, 12.40 a.m. The Times asserts that the Imperial Government is justified in faking Portugal to task for the injustice done to the Dolagoa Bay Railway Co. It is considered improbable lhat Britain will interfere between the Compaoy and the Portuguese Government, especially as it is well known that Germany is secretly supporting Portugal in the lattor'a South African policy. It ia stated that the concessions granted to the Eugiiab company are really owned by American speculators. Dr Peters, the German explorer, who ig no-operating with Oapt. Wissman on the | Zanzibar coast, has landed his forces at Lamur and is marching into the interior.
