LONDON. June 29. Received Ist, 12.5 a.m. It is reported that Sir Arthur Havelock, Governor of Natal, will Bucceed Sir F. Napier-Broome as Governor of West Australia. Canon Chevasse succeeds Canon Girdlestone at Oxford, and it is therefore not probable that will accept the bishopric of Sydney. It is denied that an 'American gunboat has been sent to Delagoa Bay.
