G. Froggatt reports on the markets for the week ending 22ad September, as follows.:— Hides, Sheepskins, &o.— A.t my weekly sale the prices were satisfactory to the vendors. I sold hides as high as los each ; inferior sorts up to 12s; calfskins at Is 6d. Sheepskins ranged from 4s 6d to ss ; inferior, 4s Id to 4s 6d. Butchers' fat, 10s 9d per cwt. Oats ue still keeping up ; bright samples are moving off qnickly. I have sold a good namber of wga since last report. Whi_t is firm ; nearly every description is m gOOI &%Wk I— — i B_rkjf— There is little inquiry unless for very GrtMßee-— I have sold a few bags of ma-chint-dWMed qualityj for seed purposes, up to 3s per bushel.
