Fbiday, 21st Sept. (Before H. McCullocb/Eaq., 8.M.) ALLEGED PEBJUBY. Donald Mclntosh and George Lawrence - were charged with having, committed wilful and corrupt perjury in evidence ' given by them in the case S. B. Soammel I v, Donald Mclntosb, heard in the B.M. Court, Invercargill, on the 14th September, by swearing that a certain field was fenced with two ditches, sod bank and three or four wires all round.-— Mr Finn appeared for the accused, who on the application of the police were remanded till Thursday,' the 27th in»t.
