LBTTER CARRIERS' DELIVERY; jDeliveriesby Letter Carriers are made dailyTown delivery at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Suburban delivery at 10.30 a.m. mails will close as follows , >- Feioay, 21st September. For the Northern Ports of New Zealand at 9 5 55 a*m. For India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Aden, Egypt and the Continent of Europe,etc, at 10.15 a.m. For the United Kingdom (for correspondence specially addressed via Brindisi), Tasmania, and the Australian Colonies,per s.s. Wairarapa, at 10.16 a.m. The English mail cf this dispatch will be due in London on sth November. Money orders will be issued up to 4 p.m., and letters regist*red up to 6 p.m. on the previous day. The a. a, Stella will leave the Bluff for West Coast Sounds on the 29th inst.
