IN RE ADAM McCRACKEN, OF WINTON, FARMER.
Ad adjourned mooting in this estate was hold yo'sterday afternoon, the Deputy-Ar-signeo presidiug and Mr Rattray appearing for the bankrupt. — The Chairman said that the debtor hud placed a handle of papers in hie hands that morning, which he had scarcely since had an opportunity of looking at. As he would require time for further investigation the meeting would be adjourned nine die.
