Court to-day three employes of tha Wellington Meat Co. were charged with an infringement of the Stamp Act in not stamping a pay sheet as a receipt for wages. The R.M. disagreed with the decision recently given by the Chriatcliurcb R ivl. in a similar case, and held that it was a money payment and did not come within the exemption provided by the Act.
