Spobting Silk. — At the Police Court, Oampbelltown, yesterday, James Duncan, who was discharged from the S.S. Tarawora a few day* ago, was charged before Messrs Smith and Nichol, J'a.P.., with stealing a silk handkerchief from tbe Club Hotel on the stb iost. Whybora and Mrs Whyborn were appointed master and matron respectively of the Old Men'a Home -r-The motion regarding tbe Wallace and Fiord hospital, was withdrawn altogether and Mr Ellis and Dr Hodgkiason appointed tq confer with the Trustees on the matter .— -Ths Board then adjourned.
