His Honour took applications in bankruptcy at 3 p.m. BANKRUPTCIES CLOSED. The following bankruptcies were declared closed, there being no opposition • —William Flynn (Mr Jones); John Kingsland and Go, order to be granted by the Registrar on the 4th August (Mr Reade) • Edward Mmpby (Mr T. P. Finn) ; Henry Erridge (Mr Joneß) ; and Duncan Oarruichae! (Mr Harvey), ORDERS OF DISCHARGE. Unopposed applications for final orders of diachargo wore granted as follows :— Thomas Surrnan (Mr Wade); William Nicol (MrT. P. Finn) ; William Fraser (Mr T. P. Finn) ; and G. F. Quayle (Mr Jones) The Court thon adjourned sine die.
