Fat Sheep— 3239 were yarded j of these, 800 were merinos and the balance -eroßabreds, nearly all good to prime quality. This large number, immtdintely following a preceding full market, proved rather beyond- ordinary requirements, and all through the. sale's competition was dull,, prices receding Is Cd to 2s per head from last week 5, Bsstcrossbrad.wethers brought 16s 6d to 19s 9d (one pen heavy weights reachiug 20a 6d) ; crossbred ewes, 10s 3d. to lis 3d j merinos wether3j 7» 6d to 13s (on 9 special pen o£ extra quality reaching 25s 6d).
