Saturday, Bth Aug. (Before H. McCulloch, Esq., 8.M.) DRUNKENNESS. , v A first offender was fined 5s for having been drunk. MALICIOUS INJURY TO PSOPBRTY. Mary Delaney was charged with having broken three. panes of glasß, the property of J, H. Kyte, Esk street, and, on a second charge with having broken oho ' pane at Whitaker's Empire Hotel.—The defendant admitted both chatgeß and was fined 10s, and ordered io pay 10s to make good the damages, with costs 2s on the first. For the second a fine of 10s was inflicted, the offender to pay 30s, value of the' 'glass brokeu, and costs 2s. In each caso tho alternative was 14 days 1 imprisonment with hard labour. The accused went to gaol.
