— ♦. — Wednesday, 20th Feb; (Before H. McCulloch, Esq., K.M.) OBSTREPEROUS. : . > Patrick Murray was charged with haying damaged the arresting con stable's uniform while being conveyed to the police station for having been drunk. He was fined 10s, and ordered to make good the damage, estimated at lie; in default, seven days' imprisonment. — The charge of drunkenness was withdrawn. BYLAW CASE. H. W. Potter was fined 10a for allowing two horses to wander at large.
